Sampling Policy

At Choice Stone Crafts, we understand that choosing the right natural stone product is an important decision. Since our offerings include a wide variety of stone types, textures, and finishes—each with its own natural variations—we provide sample options to help our customers make confident and informed choices.

Purpose of Our Sampling Policy

Our sampling policy is designed to allow customers to evaluate the quality, texture, color tones, and overall look of the stone before placing a final order. Natural stone products may vary due to their geological origin, and samples help you understand what to expect in your actual delivery.

Key Highlights of Our Sampling Policy

  • Sample Requests:
    Customers can request samples for up to 5 different designs or stone types at one time. This allows for meaningful comparison without overwhelming the selection process. Important Note: Choice Stone Crafts offers samples exclusively for natural stone wall claddings to help customers evaluate color, texture, and finish before placing an order. Please note that samples are not available for stone wall carvings or stone murals due to their custom and handcrafted nature.

  • Cost of Samples:
    Sample costs and associated transportation charges will be borne by the customer. These costs are kept minimal and will be clearly communicated at the time of inquiry.

  • Color and Texture Variations:
    Please note that natural stone may show slight variations in shade, texture, and grain from piece to piece. While we aim to provide representative samples, the actual product may differ by 5–10% due to batch variations and natural characteristics.

  • Geographic Availability:
    Our sampling service is available across India and to international clients. Sample delivery timelines may vary based on location.

  • Sample Visit Appointments:
    For customers who wish to visit in person, we welcome you to our showroom or warehouse. Please schedule an appointment with our team in advance to ensure product availability and dedicated assistance.

Delivery and Return Policy of Samples

  • Shipping and Delivery:
    Shipping charges apply to all sample orders and must be paid at the time of dispatch. These charges are non-refundable.

  • Returnable Samples:
    In some cases, especially for nearby locations (within 10 KM of our facility), we may offer returnable samples. These samples must be returned within 3 working days from the date of receipt. A refundable security deposit may be applicable, which will be returned once the sample is received in good condition.

  • Sample Collection:
    All samples will be dispatched through reliable courier partners, or collected at the time of a site visit or appointment, depending on the nature of the request.

  • Returns to be Managed by Buyer:
    If the customer wishes to return the samples, the responsibility for return shipping rests with the buyer.

Refund Policy for Samples

  • Sample charges are generally non-refundable, except in rare situations where prior written agreement has been made.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned sample and post verification.

Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

Choice Stone Crafts reserves the right to refuse or cancel a sample request at our discretion. This may be due to logistical constraints, product unavailability, or other internal considerations. Customers will be informed accordingly.
